Chief Khama
Khama, Chief of the Bamangwato.
Queen Victoria invited Khama to visit her in England, and when he went he wanted a photograph of himself to present to her.
Watson obliged, and apparently made only three prints - one for the Queen, one for Count de
Lalaing and one for himself.
